Bulkington Children's Centre has an outreach facility at Gamecock Barracks Bramcote. The Bulkington Children's Centre Room is situated on the ground floor of the Cygnet Centre. All 'Bramcote Activities' take place in the Children's Centre room unless stated otherwise.

Baby Massage & Yoga Course

 Monday TBC

 Baby Massage & Yoga is suitable for babies up to around 6 months old (please note all babies must have had their 6 week health check to participate).

·         The course runs for 8 weeks, starting with 4 sessions of Baby Massage, followed by 4 sessions of Baby Yoga.

·         The sessions are facilitated by a member of the local health team, who will be able to support and advise you.

·         All massage oil, towels and mats are provided. 

What are the benefits?

·         It can help to soothe colic, and constipation, and aid digestion.

·         It can also help your baby to sleep better.

·         Baby yoga can help with baby’s muscular coordination and general development.

·         Baby Massage & Yoga is an excellent way of helping you bond with your baby: it’s calming and enjoyable for both baby and you.

Little Troopers

 Tuesday 1.15  - 2.45pm

 ‘Little Troopers' is a stay and play session for children aged 0 - 4 years and their parents and carers. The group offers lots of great play opportunities for you to share and enjoy with your children. A wide range of toys and play activities will be provided. The cost is £1 per family per session, with a drink and healthy snack included.

 Parent & Tots

 Thursday 9.30 - 11am
