      A fun session for you & your baby, with songs & activities to support language development

The sessions will run for 6 weeks at a time.

 

The sessions will run be run on Monday's at 10am - 11am

 

                                         Songs and rhymes help children:  

                                         Listen to and look at people

                                         Respond to people with smiles and noises

                                         Experience rhythm which will later help their talking

                                         Start to understand words

                                         Play time helps with:

                                         Exploring and finding out about their world and will later help them learn new words and how to use them

                                        Story time helps with:

                                        Learning to listen

                                        Discovering that books are fun

                                        Learning lots of words

                                        Finding out about the world

                                       Some facts: 

                                       Children who have good language skills find it easier to learn to read and write.

                                       This means they get on better at school, being able to listen and respond confidently.

                                       The cost of this course is £6.00 including handouts.
